Working in collaboration with Michiru Higginbotham Architects and college stakeholders, an interior renovation and fit out was completed of the under-utilised Junior Common Room at St Andrews College and surrounding exterior spaces. Pedestrian access was improved through the addition of additional entrance points and associated amenity. Internal and external bar/cafe areas, associated kitchen and bathroom upgrades enhance the usability of the space for large groups, efficiently incorporated into the existing footprint.
