This 480 SqM base building upgrade and fit-out involved re-designing an existing warehouse to accommodate 2 new tenancies. The front Telstra shop incorporated a new entry upgrade to address accessibility requirements whilst providing some much needed green space, with the second tenancy housing an open plan call centre and associated mezzanine area to optimise use of the existing double height volume.
