The feasibility study explores options for a new double storey Residential Aged Care Facility that included either 4 x 31 bed houses or 3 x 31 bed houses and a daycare centre. Living and daycare spaces were arranged into two courtyard buildings that were positioned to take advantage of valley views. The two house buildings are connected at the rear by a service and administration wing, providing logical access and efficiency in travel distances.
