A feasibility study was conducted to explore the returns on investment if the existing building fabric of the site was updated to the Stockland’s current standard of offering. Existing layouts were updated to provide better circulation and larger apartments. Lifts were incorporated to improve accessibility to the upper levels and an upgrade to the community centre was also considered.
